The National Shooting Sports Foundation has posted an alert on their website that summarizes the major negative points   … http://www.nssf.org/news/PR_idx.cfm?PRloc=common/PR/&PR=BP070207.cfm

OSHA has extended the Comment Period … http://www.nraila.org/Legislation/Read.aspx?ID=3151

Not only is this proposed rule as written going to preclude consumer purchases of small arms ammunition, primers and powder, it will induce reduced purchases of firearms also.  According ALL STATES will receive materially less revenues from the Pittman Robertson Act.  This means the budgets of all DNR’s will be impacted.  Also look for a decrease in hunting licenses and stamp purchases

As of today,  there are 1345 Comments to OSHA from organizations, businesses, sports persons and firearms owners.  The number Comments posted by OSHA increases each day
